As the youngest, and newest member to H&P, Lauren brings a fresh design approach to H&P’s eclectic portfolio of work. To call Lauren’s skill set “well rounded” would be an understatement. She possesses the rare ability to seamlessly jump back and forth between design and development; a skill appreciated by both clients and coworkers alike. It’s uncommon to find a person that can design a page from scratch, and then bring that design to fruition with the same level of proficiency.

By way of West Chester University and the Art Institute of Philadelphia, Lauren has honed her skills as a web designer and Art Director at various advertising agencies and design shops throughout the Philadelphia and Delaware area. Before joining the team at Haddad and Partners, she worked on the client-side at ING DIRECT as an internal Web Designer.

Lauren currently lives in New Jersey with her husband, her son Alex and their latest addition to the family, Ava. If her children have inherited just a fraction of their Mom’s talent, H&P will actively recruit them both just out of Kindergarten to assist with CSS development and HTML5. In her spare time, she rides horses and runs marathons, which makes her, by far, the healthiest employee on staff.
